I will try to avoid buying tickets from this company for the rest of my life now unless they are the only ones offering them.
They emailed me back about 3 days later and basically said it wasn’t their problem and there is nothing that they would do to help me, but that I am more than welcome to sell them to someone else. I still wanted 2 tickets, but I wanted them for the show that I originally clicked on. AS SOON AS I got the confirmation email I realized there was a glitch with the link that I clicked on bc the show was obviously not the show I was looking for, so I immediately tried to contact this app to explain my mistake. It directed me to the wrong show 1 day later, and I made the mistake of not reading every detail and made the purchase with excitement.
